About this scent
An overgrown English walled garden in late summer. Juicy, tart damson plums against the powdery elegance of dark velvet roses, grounded on a base of patchouli and musk.
This is not a sweet scent. It is deep, jammy and considerably more sophisticated than the fruit-and-flower description suggests, and it suits the turn from late summer into autumn better than anything else in the range. The wick is FSC-certified wood rather than cotton, so it crackles gently as it burns.
It carries well in a larger room and can be a little much in a small one, so the medium is usually the right choice for a bedroom. Hand-poured in our Norfolk studio, and available in two sizes.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and anything that could catch, burn it on a heat-resistant surface, and trim the wooden wick to about 5mm before each light.
