A gorgeous cottage garden favourite with a fantastic long flowering season. Producing pincushion-type flowers on strong stems in shades of pink, rose, lavender, maroon and white.
Scabious flowers make the most beautiful cut flowers and are irresistible to pollinators.

Sow March-April or September 3mm deep into well-drained moist seed compost. Keep at 15-18 degrees whilst germinating which can take 14+ days. Transplant into 8cm pots when large enough to handle and grow on. |
