The Cyklon chilli, a Polish heirloom variety, is prized for its versatility and manageable heat level (2,500-10,000 SHU). Its elongated, slightly curved fruits ripen to a deep red and are commonly dried and ground into paprika, a staple in Polish cuisine. These peppers also add a pleasant warmth and subtle fruity notes when used fresh in salsas, salads, and cooked dishes. Growing to approximately 75cm tall, the Cyklon chilli plant thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, maturing in 70-80 days
