Canterbury Bells are an enchanting cottage garden biennial with large, pretty flowers appearing like dangling bells that open up into cup-shaped blooms.

A beautiful mix of purple, pink, and white adds a magical, fairy-tale look to the garden. They also make a wonderful cut flower.

Sow Seeds

Sow May–July, cover the seeds only very lightly and keep them at around 16 °C.

Plant Out September–October and spaced 30cm apart. Likes light shade and moist, well-drained soil.
