A vigorous, compact and hardy plant that flowers over a long period and is great for attracting pollinators into the garden. 

Will flower the first year from a spring sowing.

• Genus: Salvia nemerosa Violet Queen
• Sow Seeds: February–April under cover onto seed compost.  Barely cover the seeds with compost.  Keep at 18–24 °C to germinate.
• Plant Out: Pot into 8cm pots when large enough to handle.  Acclimatise before planting out when all frosts have passed.
• Flowers: June-September
• Height and Spread: 50cm high x 15–30 cm spread
