Shungiku…aromatic and flavoursome, makes a great addition to salads and pickles.
Mizuna…leafy veg which has a peppery taste.
Pak Choi….to add crunch with its dark green leaves and white stalks.
Wong Bok….tender, sweet-tasting leaves.
Mustard Tatsoi Red…..delicious mild mustard flavour and crunchy texture
Wasabina…..hot, spicy mustard with a Wasabi-like flavour

- Sow thinly March-August where they are to crop, 1.5cm deep, directly into prepared soil, which has been watered
- Early sowings may benefit from cloche protection
- Seedlings usually appear in 7-14 days. No further thinning should be necessary.
