A wonderful, large, reliable onion with a mild flavour.

- Sow Jan-April into seed trays or pots and cover lightly with compost and keep at 14 degrees. Or sow direct in April into shallow drills.
- Prick out into individual pots and gradually harden off before planting outside spacing the seedlings 30cm apart and 45cm between rows.
- Onions require a very fertile soil.
