The bulb growth of Kohl Rabi develops above ground. This is a delicately coloured light green/white variety.
It grows best in cool weather to stop it becoming tough and woody
Lovely nutty flavour and tender flesh and useful in so many dishes. Use in stir fries, coleslaw and salads amongst many others.

- Sow Feb-May under glass and plant outside from April
- For an autumn harvest sow mid June to harvest from September
- Likes well-drained soil
- Water well during dry spells
- Harvest when bulbs are around 8cm in diameter
